With over 30 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Wayne A. Ley has always been a dedicated provider of oral health care for the Needville area. Known for his gentle approach and strong community ties, Dr. Ley built this practice with a clear mission: to offer honest, patient-centered care in a friendly and professional environment.

His commitment to excellence and continuity of care continues to be the foundation of Ley & Winkley DDS today.

Dr. Cole Winkley brings a fresh perspective to the practice while sharing the same patient-first philosophy that Dr. Ley established. As a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Dentistry, Dr. Winkley has a strong foundation in preventative care and modern restorative techniques. He is committed to helping patients feel confident, comfortable, and well-informed at every stage of their dental journey.

As the owner of the practice, he’s proud to carry on the tradition of trusted care — while continuing to grow and evolve with the latest in dental technology.
